These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the use of services provided by Redline Auto Lockout Service ("we", "us", "our") to our customers (“you”, “your”). By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.

1. Service Agreement

1.1 Scope of Services: We provide a locksmith service,  limited to lockout assistance.

1.2 Service Areas: Our services are available in North Carolina unless otherwise specified.

1.3 Appointment Scheduling: Services can be scheduled by calling 910-200-4078 or through our website https://www.redlineautolockoutservice.com/

1.4 Service Hours: We offer services 8 a.m. - 11 p.m. including emergency services outside of regular business hours.

2. Customer Responsibilities

2.1 Access to Property: You agree to provide clear and unobstructed access to the property where locksmith services are required. If our technician is unable to gain access, we may need to reschedule, and additional charges may apply.

2.2 Legitimate Authorization: You affirm that you have the legal right to request services on the property and that you are either the owner or have obtained the proper authorization to request locksmith services.

2.3 Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate details regarding the lock issue and to disclose any potential security concerns to ensure the proper solution is provided.

3. Fees and Payment

3.1 Pricing: Our pricing is based on the services rendered and is subject to change. You will be provided with an estimate prior to the commencement of work. Prices may vary depending on the complexity of the job, location, and time of service.

3.2 Emergency Service Fees: Emergency services may be subject to additional charges based on the time of day, including weekends and holidays.

3.3 Payment Terms: Payment is due immediately upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept [Insert Payment Methods].

4. Liability

4.1 Limitation of Liability: We take reasonable care in providing our services; however, we are not responsible for damages resulting from faulty or defective locks or any pre-existing issues that could compromise the lock's functionality.

4.2 Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless [Redline Auto Lockout Service from any claims, damages, or legal expenses arising from any false representations or requests made by you regarding property access.

5. Termination and Cancellations

6.1 Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 30 minutes in advance. Cancellations made after this time may incur a cancellation fee.

6.2 Termination by Us: We reserve the right to terminate services if, in our sole discretion, we believe a job is unsafe or if you fail to meet the necessary conditions to perform the work.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

7.1 Data Collection: We may collect personal information such as your name, address, phone number, and payment information in order to provide our services. We will not share this information with third parties except as required by law.

7.2 Confidentiality: We will maintain the confidentiality of all personal information and will take reasonable steps to protect it from unauthorized access.

7. Dispute Resolution

8.1 Arbitration: Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of [State/Country].

8. Miscellaneous

9.1 Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and us concerning the provision of locksmith services.

9.3 Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
